To keep our marketplace safe, legal, and age‑appropriate, the following items are strictly prohibited from being listed, sold, or purchased on our platform. We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that violate this policy.

2. Unsafe, Recalled, or Regulated Items

Items that may pose a safety risk or are regulated by law are not allowed. - Recalled products - Cribs, bassinets, or sleepers that do not meet current safety standards - Drop‑side cribs - Used car seats, booster seats, or bases - Used helmets (bike, skate, sports, etc.) - Items missing required safety labels or warnings

3. Health & Hygiene Items

• Opened or used personal care items
• Used feeding items (bottles, pacifiers, teethers, nipples)

4. Toys & Play Items That Are Unsafe

• Toys with broken parts, sharp edges, or exposed wiring
• Homemade toys that have not been safety tested
• Projectile or explosive toys

5. Counterfeit or Intellectual Property Violations

• Counterfeit, replica, or knockoff items
• Items that infringe on trademarks or copyrights

6. Illegal or Hazardous Goods

• Weapons or weapon accessories
• Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or drug‑related items
• Hazardous materials or chemicals

7. Digital, Service‑Based, or Miscellaneous Listings

• Digital downloads or virtual goods
• Services or rentals
• Food, live animals, or plants
• Stolen or illegal goods
